The cost of an inspection and report are as follows:

$350- for a single family home that is less than 1300 square feet (typically ranches and capes).

$450- for a single family home that is between 1300-2400 square feet (typically splits and colonials). 

Anything above 2400 square feet, multi-family homes up to 4 units, condos or townhouses, please call for a quote.
